At AuthenticallyDiscoveringMe, our focus is helping you to become the best version of yourself. Becoming a mum is a life altering change women will experience. Each woman will react differently to this process and rightly so because you are an individual!
The challenges that come with the ups and downs of pregnancy, to the 'joys' of childbearing cannot be overlooked. Neither can the task of caring for an awesomely totally dependent human being.
We know how challenging this process can be and how easy it is for you to forget about your wellbeing. We also know the mental impact this can have on you. The anxiety, stress, post natal depression and loneliness, we get it and we are here to help.
We are here to help you manage and reduce the daily challenges you face. We want to help you rediscover your purpose, your passion, your motivation and who you really are. We will then work on those areas to help you not only become the best mum you can be, but the best woman and the best version of yourself.
Mums Chat
Our monthly online meet is an opportunity for mums to connect, catch up and discuss different topics with a professional. We also have a WhatsApp group where you can talk to other mums, ask for support, get tips and share ideas.
Upcoming Events
We provide an escape for mums to have their much needed me time at our mums only events. Children also have an opportunity to make friends and burn some energy at our child friendly events. Keep an eye out for our next event!
